About the Shop
Are the plants real? Are they for sale?
Yes, all of our plants are real and absolutely available for purchase. Our selection ranges from air plants and succulents to orchids and peace lilies, so there is something for every space and every level of plant parent. And while you are here, do not be fooled by some of our faux floral arrangements. We take a lot of pride in how realistic they look!
How long have you been open?
Stacy K Floral has been part of the Rochester community since 2006, starting out of Stacy's apartment, then moving to her garage, then to our first storefront on Park Ave, and eventually finding our home at The Factory on Russell St. It has been quite a journey and we are so grateful for every chapter of it.
Is Winter Swan a separate business?
Indeed it is! Winter Swan is an independent coffee bar founded by Quynh Bui, and we are so happy to share our space with her. With a menu inspired by Vietnamese and Southeast Asian coffee culture, Winter Swan brings something truly unique to Rochester. Whether you are stopping in for florals or just a beautiful cup of coffee, we love that our space offers a little something for everyone.
Can I have an event in the courtyard?
Unfortunately the courtyard is not available for private events during Stacy K Floral and Winter Swan's business hours. After hours, the space belongs to our neighbors at Nosh, and you are welcome to reach out to their team directly about renting it for an event.
Daily Orders
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery with an order cutoff of 12pm. Orders placed after noon will be delivered the following day. Please note we have a $75 order minimum for vased arrangements, not including delivery or tax.
Can I customize an order?
Absolutely. Give us a call or send us an email with your details and we can place your order in advance. You are also always welcome to come into the store, browse our cooler, and work directly with one of our designers to put something together.
Good to know: Corsage orders require at least 24 hours notice.
Can I purchase single stems?
Yes! Single stems are a wonderful option whether you are looking to add a little something to your home or need a specific bloom for a project. We just ask for at least 4 to 7 days notice so we can make sure pricing and quantities are just right when ordering with our wholesalers.

How do I get in touch to book a wedding or event?

How do I choose between A La Carte and Full Service? What does Full Service include?

How far in advance should I place my A La Carte wedding order?
As soon as possible. Our wedding weekends are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so placing your order early is the best way to secure your date on our calendar.
Can I customize the bouquets and arrangements in the A La Carte Wedding Shop?
Yes! Everything in our shop reflects our baseline standard sizes and pricing. If you would like to customize colors, simply select the Custom Color Palette option and leave your color or floral preferences in the notes box after adding items to your cart. You are also welcome to reach out to our customer care team before placing your order for a direct quote or any assistance you need.
