We had the pleasure of setting up a reception at the Genesee Country Village & Museum this past fall. The renovated 19th century barn was absolutely gorgeous, with the exposed beams and high airy ceilings.
From the moment we arrived the staff was incredibly welcoming and asked us many times if there was anything that they could do to help. We love when everyone shows intrigue in anything floral. It's so great!
Our bride and groom loved the look of foliage in their centerpieces to complement the rustic feel of the venue, and their use of tall and short centerpieces utilized the space well. But one of our favorite elements of this particular event were the bouquets. Our bride and her girls had beutifully neautral flowers but with pops of brilliant red/orange for the girls, and our stunning bride had the cool hues of Tiffany and teal blue. Plus with the additions of feathers and sparkling brooches, who can go wrong? Everything was perfect for that time of year.
