We were so excited to be approached by Rochester Magazine to create one of three holiday tablescapes for their November issue.
Only a few simple guidelines were required : Green and Purple. DIY. Holiday Themed.
Our day began at photographer, Matt Wittmeyer's studio downtown. A space so beautiful it breathes inspiration and creativity !
Jenna Manetta-Knauf of Bella and Co. as well as Rachael Clark of Rachael Clark Designs rounded out the team of holiday table designers.
It was so much fun to work with these ladies, in that environment and to see how each of the distinguishing styles came to life.
Inspiration for our table all started with the Green Brown and Coil Vase that we immediately fell in love with when they arrived due to the unique shape and beautiful color. We love unique glass!!!!
We used this as our central piece. MacKenzie-Child's distinctive patterns were next...so we went to our neighbor and friends at Parkleigh, where they graciously loaned us the dinner, salad and bread plates.
We love pattern and texture ! So the fabric became the finishing touch choosing three dramatic patterns that compliment each other once layered and combined with the purple and green floral.
