Espresso Chocolate Bark - For their Espresso Chocolate Bark, Hedonist starts with organic, fair-trade Peruvian espresso beans, which are roasted and ground across the street from their shop at the Coffee Connection (an organization that provides job training to women recovering from chemical dependency). The super-fresh grounds are mixed into semi-sweet (55% cacao) chocolate and marbled with swirls of white (30% cocoa butter) chocolate.
